In order to combat worry, a Christian should...

1. Look to God's Word for encouragement.

2.  Understand that his worth is more valuable than
     anything on earth.

3.  Recognize that it is time wasted.

4.  Realize that worry is for people who don't trust
     in Jesus.

5.  Come to the understanding that the weight of today 
     is enough.
