    Who is My Neighbor?

    Passage: Luke 10:25-37

    Detail:

    1.  My neighbor is vulnerable. (My neighbor needs my protection.)
    2.  My neighbor is messy. (My neighbor needs my compassion.)
    3.  My neighbor is costly. (My neighbor needs my sacrifice.)

    My vertical relationship with God and my horizontal relationship
    with my neighbor mirror one another!

    My mouth and my movement must match.

    Jesus is saying to us today, "Your nieghbor is anyone in need whose path I have
    caused to cross yours, so that you may serve them and extend them mercy.    "
